When should an image be marked as "Presentation"?
An image could be marked as "Presentation" if it is not conveying any fundamental meaning: the Presentation role essentially tells a screen-reader that it can ignore the image (and therefore the image does not need an alt tag).
For example, a purely decorative image of, say, a smiling family could be marked as Presentation; a graph illustrating some key metrics should not.
